How do I return or exchange an order?

We hope you'll love your scrubs but if you're not completely satisfied we'll gladly accept item returns in their original condition within 30 days of the sale date.  We ask that items are not used, washed or expired and in the original box or packaging. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on embroidered or personalized items.

All exchanges include Free Shipping back to our warehouse using a pre-paid shipping label.  All returns include a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 that will automatically be deducted from your account.

To print a pre-paid UPS shipping label, begin by clicking on the link below then enter your order number.  Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and create your pre-paid UPS shipping label.
